Volunteer Fire Brigade: TLF3000, HLF, NEF

Vehicle skin adjust:

The ladder arm of DLK has been replaced with white according to the actual skin

Shanghai License Plate Remake

KEF, ELW patterning replaced with AMP original factory coating

Fleet updates:

Move the TLF3000 of the volunteer fire brigade to the location of the original professional fire brigade TLF (optional)
Insert the HLF of the volunteer fire brigade into the middle parking space of the professional fire brigade ambulance station (optional)
