V2 overhaul

CHANGES:
all garages now just need 1 board back
original V1 garage now has a basement and large initial entrance
2nd house added with garage and new layout
2nd Zspawn adjacent to new house
Hedge around main house has a 2nd entrance now (gotta build a larger wall)
Hedge also slightly taller than before by 4 or 8 units (i forgor which)
2nd floor window modified to be higher up to limit shooting angles

Optimizations improved substantially with new areaportal system that shuts viewing when a window is barricaded and a whole bunch more hint/skips

Made it better balanced by adding an additional entrance into the spare bedroom, moving zspawn slightly and blocking off a few overpowered sightlines. Also added a few spiffo plushes to the map (1/4 the filesize lmao), imrpoved optimization with a bunch more hint/skips and adjusted door stats slightly.

NOTE: this is the last update until the 2nd or 3rd of April, am on vacation without my desktop and only an old laptop, if you have feedback though, shoot me a DM and i'll probably read it and keep it in mind.
