MP44 damage per weapon decreased to 0.25 from 0.35 to counter previous range increase.

++Balance++
MP44 range increased to 500 in order to match regular rifles. Strong, but units carrying these are rare. Eager to hear opinions, planning on slightly reducing their overall performance if they remain too strong. Need to replay campaign to test.
++AG Burning Baltics++
40. Panzerkorps - Reinforcements up to and including 17th of August have been uplifted. ~75% done

--Burning Baltics--
[WIP] 93. Infanterie Division's 272nd Infanterie Regiment has been mostly replaced as mixed offensive group consisting of Gebirgsjäger, Hungarians and Croatian volunteers, supported by nebelwerfer battery and various repurposed captured equipment.
