Increased the chance to gain 2 additional stacks of killing joke from 40% to 50%
Fixed an error that allowed this talent to have the increased honk range without having the "Honk Expert" talent.

Fixed an error in the conditionals that caused the "Professional" talent to have a much higher percent chance to proc than 50% (It was a 100% chance to not spend your stacks.)

Clown Signal
Fixed an error caused certain combinations of talents to track incorrectly, potentially causing your killing joke stack tracker to change and display incorrectly when you would use this talent.
Specifically if you had Clown Signal and Professional, but not Honk Expert.

Accident Prone
No longer gives bleeding damage when you trip.
Increased trip stun duration from 2.5 seconds to 2.75 seconds.
Increased trip blunt force trauma damage from 2 to 3.

Altered Effect: The reputation gain now requires none of your crew dying, with the exception of the assistant

Colorful Compatriots
Increased the range of the effect from 8 meters to 9 meters.

Fixed an error that would allow the sharing of your the bully effects from Stockholm Syndrome to stack with the personal Bully effects if there were two harlequins.
