- Added missing military groups (Elspeth and Gelt)
- Added missing faction_agent_permitted tables
- Added to factions from other mods (Sylvania and Old World Empire factions)

- Updated Eldred's stats to match the latest changes
- Eldred no longer shares with Gelt and has his own faction
- Removed empire politics from Solland (still included in Franz's campaign) (WIP)
- Removed all Gelt related changes from the mod
