-Updated doors for Barotrauma V1.3

Decided to remove glowing batteries. Caused too much issues that i can't solve.

for anyone that's wondering, I kept getting "sprite not found content/ContentPackages/items/Electricity/signalcom.png". I have no idea how to fix it, so i'm giving up.

-Removed some unnecessary code

-toned down the brightness of terminals

-Updated to 1.0
-Unfortunatly, you're character will glow when under the diving suits. However, the alternative would've been much uglier.

-Made buttons glow in the dark as well!
