Added no sanity drain during the night time or dusk.

I've also fix some weird hat-functions with the Laceband where the hair would disappear sometimes.

- Insulation went from 200 to 120
- Damage increase from all soures decreased from 1.5x to .70x
- Increased Hunger Rate, Urara will now (albeit still slowly) become hungrier faster. (.40 to .60)
