small change that buffs mana regen a tiny bit, along with other minor changes related to [Throw] and [Mana Slice]

added new moves and did balance changes.

nerfed the overall damage

but i did buff some stuff too

gaining mana SHOULD be a little bit easier
[Eight Ball] can be done while Pixie is floating
[Slide] and [Brake] are now in the movement category (which psychologically will make you more likely to use them)
