So today I'm working on CHI focus tree, I decided to remove the whole Internal security tree (enough silly technological dystopia talks......), I think there has more interesting content (brics for example) that can replace the old one in the future.
I added some description about doctrines and make sure these doctrines compatible with the current CHI focus tree.
