Description
READ BEFORE ASKING:
1. If you found a bug, where it come from? Make sure it happens WITH ANY ONLY WITH my mod. And I can't guarantee anything if you run a mod that changed map files(located in \map\provinces.bmp)
2. If the game crashed before you see the menu, that's my problem and you can tell me, if crashed when you have chosen the country, try again (no more than three times) and it should be work again (I'm not an expert on this things but usually it should be work).
3. Currently MDDC are not that stable, you can try to run the game without that mod.
4. Try changing to DX9, reinstalling, and check that cloud save is off, delete everything in \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV.
5. It's possible that you computer keep crashing WITHOUT running rework MD, sry but check your computer rather than me.
6. Spend at least 5 minutes looking for the exact problem before asking a question (or crashed when you load this mod and other mods...which is the "other mods"? Tell me), so that someone can spend his 5 minutes to help you.

About MDDC, from now on you can play with that without problem, but you can also simply ignore that if you don't want to do so.
Rework Millennium Dawn, I will irregularly update on this.
My priority is working on the geopolitical system to make the old mod more sense, or in a more emerging perspective (considering devs western worldview).
Feel free to let me know about any comments/thoughts you have. And anyone has experience working on mod are welcome.

I did some simplification so some unimportant ideas are hidden (ATTENTION: it's hidden, not removed), tell me if you really think that it's not a good move.

Version 1.1 "Constitution":
From now on, every country will have their own doctrine, that is:
State system
Type of economy
Civil Liberties (Freedom of Speech/Small Control/Limited Rights/Total Control)
Socioeconomic Development (Agrarian Economy/Developing Country/Semi-Developed Country/Developed Country)
I set a complete logic so all of this can be changed automatically based on country's current situation.
NO LGBT OR ANTI-LGBT PROPAGANDA in this mod, all focus about this have been removed, to make a compensation I will give you a new doctrine called gender rights, it's a combination of the situation of woman rights and homosexual marriage.
And Russian localisation available thanks to the google.
Add Visegrad Group
Add internet mechanism: as internet technology advancing over time, every outlook will decrease popularity.
More decision about Chinese territories (Diaoyu Island/Sino-Indian border/South China Sea)!
Overhaul the logic of CHI focus tree, so there has a chance that you can integrate Hong Kong and Taiwan peacefully!

Higher education level will have additional popularity drift effect
Start reworking on Chinese focus tree

Future roadmap:
1. The raise of Russian Bear will be seriously reshape the geopolitical situation, should be more content on this (CMEA and WPO for example).
2. More content about UAR.
3. More content about Balkan Federation (let's wait and see Serbia focus tree first)......

Which icon? I mean it's not really a problem if that doesn't cause crashing.
In a word, if I want this mod work with MDDC, there must be some sacrifices.

If you remove Directors Cut, many icons are missing.

1."persistent focuses disappeared", that's intended.
2. "as did income from international investments", investor still receives international investments.
3. "The civic/economic idea selection is broken", which one?(be aware some of them are intended)
4. "some slots simply disappeared", which one?
And also be aware that one big reason of the update is DC's update are not save compatible so I have to follow them.

Hello! I'm playing your mod with MDDC. Today after work, I decided to continue the campaign, but I couldn't. Your mod and DC were updated. After the latest update, persistent focuses disappeared, as did income from international investments. The civic/economic idea selection is broken, and some slots simply disappeared. I tried it in a new game, and the problem is the same. The individual mods seem to be working correctly. There may be other bugs, but this is what caught my eye first.

A spoiler for everyone(which means you can tell me if you think that doesn’t make any sense): from next update Vietnam will be emerging outlooks.
Yes Vietnam has a lot of reasons to be non-aligned due to good relations with the the West, but they still be friend with China since 1990 and there has strong connections economically and politically, and CPV has a very different worldview with the west. Clash in South China Sea is not really a problem, as you know, Ethiopia and Eritrea are both emerging outlooks but they are very unfriendly with each other.
The key reason comes from the game system, Vietnam have a strong desire to build Indochina Federation, speaking about that, CPV has very strong connections with CPL and CPP in order to control Laos and Cambodia even in today, Vietnam have no reason not to support the ruling party of Lao and Cambodia, so the best way to show Vietnamese support is change Vietnam to emerging outlooks.

First, speaking about your comments, "that works with director cut but not with yours", I'm not native speaker but what is "that" mean? tbh I'm not sure. If you want to play rework MD, launch with MD+Rework MD+MDDC(you can disable this one if you think it's boring or cause crashing)
Second, plz read the ENTIRE intro before reach out to me, I'm afraid you didn't. Other part of the intro already hints you how with or without MDDC.
