ADDED:

- Added camera & monitor system for easier target visibility precision
- Added H3VR's iconic Lobby has been added & serves as starting location
- Added sounds around the map
- Added furthermore bare coloured textures have been added
- Added 3 metallic targets to the sniper range
- Added Entrance area to the sniper range itself
- Added Teleports from Main Menu -> Sniper Range & vice versa

CHANGES:

- The non-working item spawner is now fully removable
- Lower supports within the range are now using a bare coloured texture, rather than the carpets that were used before
