-increased control over helicopters flight height, players can land by setting it to 0
-fixed text messages and suppress markers appearing to non-zeus players
-added options to turn off text messages and markers entirely for zeus players
-fixed an issue with signal flare

-now the player can press 'I' to drop a signal flare at the mouse position, the flare can be seen by other players in multiplayer.
-added new thermal view modes to the zeus interface, accessed by pressing 'N'

AI crew changed to not leave a vehicle when it's only slightly damaged.
Reworked the function to unflip vehicles by pressing 'X'.
