-made atrociraptors use the same animations as the velociraptor playermodel so it's easier to update in the future

-slightly improved the way footsteps are handled in multiplayer (your footsteps would play twice at a time in multiplayer. Fixed partially, now your footsteps don't play twice, but you can still hear other players still emit footsteps twice)
