- Adjustment of the behavior of districts with the "Trade Hub" origin in relation to technologies that provide additional housing.
- Correction of the description of the "Trade Hub" origin.

- Fixed a bug that caused "Trade Arcology" districts to appear on planets that are not ecumenopolises.
- Added a special district for the "Trade Hub" origin on standard planets.
- Removed the crystals given at the start of the game with the "Trade Hub" origin.
- Added "Crystal Mines" to the starting buildings of the "Trade Hub" origin.
- Balanced the appearance rate of all technologies.
