Know issues - 6 unique element katana have some graphics issues (animation - hands positon) when using the secondary attack

Fixing a bug that cause the woof pirateship won't moving and not disappear.

this patch separates as 2 part. part I have add bunch of npctype with new dialogs and buildings. a few of new weapon types with random status. part II will be a extra npc with quest and new boss fight (wish me luck with the code lol)
