Retextured some of the genetools. Removed the recipemaker for the Xenomirroring genetool (I feel that tools mostly confused people). It basically can only be spawned via dev-mode now. Added a new dumb description to the Xenodiscombobubuh-- uh, gene-randomizer tool. Also made it generate a bit more genes on average.

2 new gene tools to replace it:

Germline Cloner; creates a xenogerm based on a subject's endogenes. It doesn't copy archite endogenes though.
