Little balance changes, Backup power battery now have bigger output and 200kW of power was added to reactor output, fixed reactor visual bug. Price of the basic Herring is now lower.

Added the new "A-class" variant for those who want to use Herring later in game or found it too hard to manage. A class is generally better at everything: reactor, oxygen generator and weapons angles are better. Also, now the basic Herring is tier 1 submarine and the price is much lower. The "A-class" variant is much more expensive and is a tier 2 submarine. Additionaly, small QOL changes been done (for example marked safes to easier find out which keycard is required to open which safe).

Changed price to 8000. It's the final update, future ones will be only compatibility updates and bug fixes.
