Added new events to the insurgency origin.

Insurgents can now be defeated by making their faction disband

Pops will not be insurgents if their happiness is 100%

Reaching 100 stability will stabilize the planet, making it harder for insurgents to destabilize it again

Added concepts for origins

Changed some precursor expertise traits, especially for scientists.

You should no longer be able to get a governor or scientist with grunur expertise, and no admirals or generals with baol expertise.

Greatly reduced the chance of getting precursor traits.

[More Precursors] Werediran expertise can now only be gained if you have completed at least 2 of the Werediran precursor chain.

Made changes to the desecration add-on mod.

Changed Archeology tradition agenda icon. It is now half as big, so it now fits with the other icons.

Added some localization.

Changed the Archeologists council position to provide 2% monthly minor artifacts from 10% archeotech research speed.

- Added council positions for the World Crackers and Archeologist civics
- Added an agenda to the archeology tradition tree,
- Updated the precursor traits to the new trait system (The traits do need another update again, but at least the mod is playable once again without a billion error messages, and the traits do work now, though they are a bit rough / bland.)
- Added node growth to hive and machine civics
- Updated celebrity and insurgent traits to the new trait system

All shielded planets now have the entity of whatever planet is underneath the shield - No more green planets!

Rulers in empires with imperial authority will now get the correct precursor trait if they ever stop being a ruler.

Major Overhaul for the Insurgency Origin:

Changed the following events:
- Bombing now comes in 3 different versions: Pop death, Blocker creation and Building ruination.

Added the following events:
- Stolen Hydrogen Bomb (Situation)
- Propaganda
- Envoy Killed
- Increasing Tensions

Removed the following events:
- rumors of insurgency attack

The Insurgents now have a more consistent attack schedule.

Insurgents scale in strength over the course of the game.

Insurgency strength is now more variable, being stronger on low-stability planets, and weaker on high-stability planets.

The Insurgency origin is now a challenging origin.

Increased starter world size to 25.

Start with 5 collapsed arcology blockers (up from 3)
