Final Update:
All energy buildings modified should have an internal storage equal to three times their output now.
All buildings that handle liquids of any kind should have their internal buffers be equal to three times their output.
(In effect, the above changes do nothing but make the UI look cleaner.)

Actually buffed laboratories like I said I had, but hadn't. Now +2 at all levels.
Changed the Description to reflect the +2 that was there and not +1.

To anyone who had installed this mod prior and noiced Geothermal Generators were gone, I don't know how to reinsert them into your game. My best guess is that you either need to research a higher level of the tech or restart your save. I'm really sorry for the inconvience.

Removed some erroneous code in the geothermal generator file that was preventing it from appearing in the building menu.

Ionizer: Reduced Titanium upkeep to 1 and plasma output to 50
Plasma Converter: Changed output to 50 > 75 > 100 from 25 > 50 > 75
Uranium Centrifuge: Rate changed to 2 > 4 > 6 from 1 > 2 > 4
Heavy Artillery: Plasma required reduced to 5 at all levels.

Plant Harvester: Radius increasd from 25 to 35, Drone count doubled at all levels. 2 > 3 > 4 to 4 > 6 > 8
Plant Cultivator: Water cost reduced to 75, Radius increased to 30 from 20. Drones match Harvester.
Synthesizer Energy Cost reduced to 250 > 375 > 500 instead of 500 > 675 > 800. (Ironium and Carbonium)
Liquid Compressor: Halved energy cost at all levels. 500 > 750 > 1000 to 250 > 375 > 500
Pump Output increased from 100 > 150 > 200 to 150 > 225 > 300. Radius reduced to 15 from 20.
Tower Ammunition Factory: Incrased from 1.5 > 2 > 2.5 to 2 > 2.5 > 3
Water Filtering Plant: Water rate increased to 75 > 112 > 150 from 50 > 75 > 100


Biome Buildings:
Cryo Station: Radius increased from 26 to 39

Random Things:
Scanner Turret lasts two minutes at all levels.

Fixed the Wind Turbine file I was using. Should work properly in game now.

AI Cores: Increased by 50% at all levels. (4, 8, 16 to 6, 12, 24)
Repair Tower: Range doubled. (25 > 50)
Shield Generator: Radius and Range increased from 20 to 30. Shield and Shield Regen increased by 50% at all levels.
Short Range Radar: Increasd from 160 > 180 > 200 to 200 > 250 > 300

Energy Buildings:
Energy Connector: Ranged Tripled. From 10 to 30. Given 1hp Regen.
Energy Storage: Increased from 10k > 20k > 40k to 15k > 30k > 60k

Animal Biomass Powerplant: 50% increased generation at all levels.
Carboium Powerplant: Increased from 50 > 100 > 150 to 75 > 150 > 225
Fusion Powerplant: Energy Output increased by 50% at all levels.
Gas Powerplant: Energy Output increased by 50% at all levels.
Geothermal Powerplant: Energy Output increased by 50% at all levels.
Magma Powerplant: Energy Output increased by 50% at all levels.
Morphium Powerpant: Energy Output increased by 50% at all levels.
Plant Biomass Powerplant: Energy Output increased by 50% at all levels.

Communication's Hub: +1 at all levels.

Ammo Storage: Increased from 1 > 2 > 4 to 2 > 3 > 6
