Major rework

Adds Fungi, Moss, Lichen, Bubble Plants, Downy Grass, Eyeballs and Tentacles

Custom transitions removed from low ground cover grasses to make space for new kinds of plants. This may result in more grid-like landscapes in areas with only low grasses, but retains wild overlays in forests, swamps and wilder parts of the map.

All grasses colour shifted closer to vanilla grass, and updated vanilla grass and dirt transitions. This helps remove outlier straight edges or harsh outlines.

Pass to increase tile coherency. In general this means cleaning up edging, saturation and colour levels. Non exaustive list:

New graphics for golden bamboo and arrow bamboo.

Colours shifted for cloudberry, avens and cotton grass to make mountain landscapes more cohesive.
