1. Update Faceless Void Special Upgrade:

"Every 2s, Faceless Void performs an extra tentacle strike within 500 range (procs all attack effects). Inside Chronosphere or Time Zone, tentacles strike twice as fast. Time Lock becomes an active ability with 900 range and 10 cooldown, allowing Time Tentacle to be cast on enemies with a guaranteed Time Lock."

2. Add limits for Void Time Lock
- max 60% chance to bash (100% in no-limit mode)

1. Add Special Upgrade for Faceless Void
- Time Tentacle: Every 2 seconds, Faceless Void strikes with an extra time-infused tentacle, hitting enemies within 500 units. It deals 100 damage plus 150% of Void's Agility. The attack also benefits from Void's Time Lock, striking a second time to deal increased damage and stunning the enemy. Within Chronosphere or Time Zone Tentacles attack 2x faster.

3. Remove upgrades for Faceless Void Time Zone Cooldown Acceleration
4. Reduce limits for Ursa innate ability (damage as hp) and ultimate absorbed damage
5. Choosing Super Boots will open the first Golden Treasure now

- limit damage overhead notifiactions to max 10 per second (more notifications could crash games)

- now Living Ward damage is increased by Witch Doctor Intellect
- now Living Ward requires 5 cask bounces to spawn
- increase Paralyzing Cask bounces and damage

2. Update Phantom Assassin
- Scepter ability (Fan of Knives) max damage is now 900 (up to 3000 with upgrades)

3. Update Primal Beast
- Aghanim's Scepter: reduce number of projectiles per Uproar stack to 1
- Increase Uproar max stacks to 6/12/18/24

4. Fix upgrades for Shadow Fiend ultimate magic resistance and movement speed debuffs
