fixed bug caused by CavesOfQud-QudUX-v2-master mod with the inventory screen
had to do with the TileMaker.cs utility. the issue was on my end, resolved

added encounters
added merchant NPC, for lair encounters AND the stilt
with a stilttent.

reworked population tables
reworked creature xml
made minor changes/improvements accross the entire mod
