Changed trophy names

Opening the trophies list should now work with TTT2

Fixed using wrong CanRoleSpawn() function

Added compatibility with Custom Role's new role pack system

Fixed lua error

- Fixed nil trophy popup lua error
- Fixed error with checking if vampire trophy should be enabled, was using old CR convar name

Fixed veteran trophy

- Removed "Rythian doing murders" trophy for being too automatic to earn
- Removed "Reverse healing" trophy for being too situational to earn
- Added chat message for "Gotta buy 'em all!" trophies to assist in buying the last few items
- Added win condition to "All alone..." trophy
- Updated trophy rarities to better reflect their difficulty

Added 3 Pack-a-Punch related trophies!

- Quake Pro - Pack-a-Punch yourself!
- Rare Sight - Pack-a-Punch a classic randomat-only weapon
- Experimenter - Pack-a-Punch 30 unique weapons!

Fixed not being able to change trophy enabled/disabled convars if set in the server config rather than using the F1 menu
