Captains Outfit now uses the Pistolammo tag for the holster slot that is common in EHA, VWO and other mods

Big Changes to medical outfits, All doctors get 2 pockets and 2 medical pockets, Normal Doctors get 5% most damage types and 10% Blunt along with +10 Medical

Researcher gets their usual smattering of +5 skills and 10% genetic stabilitiy

Civilian doctor uniform keeps its +10% Medical potency along with its base game +15 medical

Feedback was extremely important on this one, as there was no reason to wear the base game doctor suit even with an extra pocket as it gave no skill, 5% armor is too low to consider over medcial potency, Now Doctor uniforms all give some skill and make a viable choice for all rounder research uniform, combat base game uniforms and a dedicated operating room uniform.

Cautious Dweller outfit still wasn't reducing damage correctly. Changed it to just have multiple damage types at -5.

Changed Baseball Cap skill bonus to +3 to mesh beter with Crew Chief and Assistant/Research, Increased Skill gain and repair on civvies to +15%
