- Overhauled jump inhibitor functionality

- Instead of continuously shutting down jump drives over a 45 second duration, the inhibitor block will now instantly drain 45 seconds worth of stored jump drive power, forcing the target to recharge their drives. Jumps in progress will still be canceled when the inhibitor is first activated, and the inhibitor should work more reliably now.
- This change will allow you to use several inhibitors at once for full effect if you only care about disabling jump drives. However, while the block is active, projectors and gravity drives will still be actively shut down for 45 seconds as before.
- If you turn the inhibitor off early before the full 45 second active duration, the cooldown period will be increased based on how much active time was remaining.

- Increased integrity of jump inhibitors to 653160, with the functional line now near the middle.
- This also increased the mass to 305.9 tons

- Added small grid jump inhibitor
- 3km max range.
- 25 second uptime, 70 second downtime. Will require 4 inhibitors total for 100% uptime.

- Fixed some formatting bugs in the Aryx_AWE_Cube_Blocks file

- Ensured every main weapon's base damage was multiplied by the Global Damage Multiplier (currently 1.0)
- This will not change the stats of any weapon as of this update. It was added to enable future balancing of all weapons at once while preserving their relative differences.

- Increased the resistance of all guns by 2-3 times
- Added "Bunker Buster" alternate ammo types to the 3 shock cannons, medusa, reaper, spartan, echo, punisher, and vulcan.
-Decreased PCU cost of mortar and helios to 2000 and 750 respectively. ROF slightly nerfed as well but their DPS / PCU is up overall.
- Decreased helios muzzle velocity to 1km/s, and increased minarming time to 3 seconds (3km minimum distance). -
- Decreased deviation to hit better at long ranges.
- Increased mace shotgun's falloff start to 300 and made the falloff curve half as steep.
- Decreased the modulus's maximum heat so it doesn't have such a long initial burst when starting combat.
- Updated weapon descriptions and added cold dps bonuses when applicable.
- Gave SG antaeus's ROF some love since the last railgun update unintentionally nerfed it into the ground.
- Toned back previous gun resistance buffs from 2-3x to 1.5-2x
- 240 slight deviation reduction and velocity buff, and 15% ROF increase
- 480 slight velocity buff and 10% ROF increase
- pulsar slight deviation reduction and velocity buff
- quasar slight velocity buff
- Argus range increased a bit more to 2km
- SG nyx and sabre range increased to 10km
