Reduced Dark Matter upkeep from 1 to 0.25
Removed energy upkeep of construction site

Update time:

Changed the energy production bonus to reduced building energy upkeep.
Added some technician jobs to each reactor (suggested by Mакошsкi).
The Reactor Construction Site no longer gives any bonuses.
The Antimatter, Zero Point and Dark Matter Reactors now require an upgraded capital building.

Also new icon. :)
