Tried to fix optimization.
Cubemaps won't stop being goofy and abysmal, so they have this green color on them for literally no reason that Hammer can explain to me.
Fixed skybox blacking out at top of map.

- Removed the blue water, as it looked bad.

- Added VIP Car and Plane props.

-Added prop cars from the map original map (Will add the VIP car and plane soon.) THESE ARE PROPS!

-Tried to make water more faithful to the actual map, but it will have graphical errors from afar, this is due to me not knowing how to make custom water materials yet.

Added vehicles (Still need to make Plane and VIP car, but will do it later. These are only props!!!)

Made water look more faithful to the actual map, but it looks weird since I do not know how to make water materials in gmod.
