Correcting error caused by Steam "reviewing" the alert system mod for over 12 hours.

Implementing main-menu support.
+ Adding Alert System to steam requirements. This is a "soft" requirement and has no impact in game. (For now).

Updated in-game icons to be closer to the edge of the screen to be out of the way.

Hid (and moved) the to console button - it appears when interacting with the magnifying glass.
