20 October 2023 update patch

Checked and works in 1.0 full release game.
Sadly couldnt make bots work with this tight airlock so they are not able to reliably exit or enter the sub, so no help with expeditions, but they should work for repairs and working inside of the sub.

New update checks,
Ballast pump moved to not interfere with railgun rack access,
Fabricator links redone so they dont link to all containers, just the ones shown in screenshot.

Bugfix:
Values of degradation on junction boxes was way too high by mistake.

Estimated battery time display added for extra info

Balancing Patch
Systems deterioration time lowered
Systems that couldnt deteriorate made deteriorable
Lowered battery capacity
Added 2nd fire extinguisher
Cosmetic fixes

Engine balance tweaks, now it will get damaged over time like regular small engine
