The issues concerning wrong requirements in 2 of Balkan Federation focuses and 1 Russian focus have been fixed

Changelog:
- Russian commanders have been moved a little and also purged if necessary, this being the case in Russia, Anatolia, Pribaltica and Mongolia
this is only the beginning
- Railway Wien-Warsaw was added
- Typos in economic decision set were fixed
- British focus Ensure the Loyalty of the Indian Army has been changed into Build Mutual Trust with the effects of it modified into something much more useful for both sides
- British focus Status of Afghanistan got itself a new icon
- British focuses concerning sending ultimatums to Afghanistan and Siam are now only accessible once you fix the Empire
- Description of German national spirit Kaiserliche Marine has been modified in order to better suit the reality of the game
- Moscow is no longer greater than Petersburg, also Russia has been slightly deindustrialised as part of it
- Petersburg now has dockyards at cost of some of their military factories
- Infrastrcture and airbases in both of these states has been torn down a little bit
- Germany now has access to economic decisions
- German focus Strengthening Our Grip in the Far East and Pacific has been changed to Our Far Eastern Outpost, the focus modifiers have also been changed
- German focuses about investing in their Far Eastern possessions have been rebalanced and the requirements of doing so have been adapted to future conditions of On the Road to Mandalay update
- One small Gfx fix to US decision concerning inviting Paraguay to their faction
- US AI should be now more willing to invite more members to their faction when they can, be prepared for larger League of Nations!
- Global events concerning League of Nations growing as a result of US invitations to it have been fixed
- Kaiser Grenadier division template in Germany has been fixed
- War Plan Purple focus icon in USA works as intended
- The faction decisions have been removed as separate category and with it the decisions to gain faction's national spirits went with the wind
(In case you may be wondering why, we removed them because there was no more need for them with more and more nations receiving their own content and thus their own faction's national spirits)
- The decisions about joining faction's research group were however left intact as they continue to serve their purpose, however since factions decision categories have been scrapped for now, these decisions are now part of Economics
- Russian economic focuses bonuses descriptions have been streamlined a bit

Changelog:
- Small Austrian event loc fix
- Austria now losses their Problemtic help from Germany national spirit the way it was intended
- Global event about Creditenstall Bankrupcy now works as intended
- Small focus gfx fix for Australasia
- Small focus gfx fix for Portugal
- Cristeros Mexico now moves their capital to Mexico City once the civil war is over (by the means of finishing their first political focus)
- We managed to stop Kingdom of Spain from changing their name to **Carlism** after they win the civil war
- A focus icon in South Africa has been removed and replaced by a new one in order to avoid controversy

- Global events covering doings of Portugal, Canada, South Africa and Australasia were added
- Australasian focus tree should now be a little more aesthetic
- Australasian starting planes should now work as intended
- Some more typos fixed in Australasia
- Support for Political Pluralism focus in Australasia should now give small boost to integralist ideology
- Dai Li national spirit icon in Chinese Republic now works as intended
- Empower the Police focus tree icon in South Africa now works as intended
- Spanish Kingdom shall now change flag to a new one after the civil war is over, with the flag variant being dependant on which political option is chosen
- Portuguese land forces decisions now work as intended
- Canadian companies now work as intended
- Russia now has claims on South Sahalin and Kuril Islands, they can also core these states and snatch them away during war
- Weekly stability increase from decisions now work as intended
- City of Izmit is back as a victory point!
- The option of placing Boris III on Yugoslav throne once again works as intended
- Civil war decisions that allow you to buy foreign tanks and planes in Spanish Republic, Spanish Kingdom, Mexico's Government, Chinese Republic, Chinese Empire and Qing Empire have been fixed for both No Step Back and By Blood Alone DLC users, as well as those who do not use these DLCs
- Unit models and equipment/technologies icons were added to Russia, Austria, Bohemia, Croatia, Constantinople, Pribaltica, Trieste and Chinese Empire. These are now largely placeholders borrowed from vanilla which we hope to develop further in the future if possible, but they undoubtedly look better than generic models these nations were using.

- Reworked stability, war support and number of research slots for Canada, Australasia, South Africa and Portugal
- Reworked general staff for Portugal
- New focus trees for Canada, Australasia, South Africa and Portugal
- New decisions for Canada, Australasia, South Africa and Portugal
- Custom game rules were also expanded with a purpose of including the new content
- Slight rework for both Spanish Kingdom and Spanish Republic in terms of shifting the Spanish Civil War theme to Iberian Wars theme, this includes new events, some focuses and much "easier" way of forcing Portugal under Spanish control and coring it
- Some balancing changes for Russian Empire in order to make their economical paths more streamlined
- Several new cities appeared on the map, as well as more states and cities have now dynamically changing names (this being case in Germany, France, Poland, Austria and other Greater German Sphere nations)
- AI shall from now on invest its time and resources into La Resistance spy agencies content
- A number of balancing changes done to Spanish and Chinese civil war in order to enable more equal chances of winning (but please believe me, these conflicts shall never be truly balanced)
- US 1936 elections Roosevelt vs MacArthur were finally fixed, I could tell you what kind of bug caused them to not work as intended and forbid you from reelecting Roosevelt or MacArthur, but you wouldn't believe me either way... erm, so please enjoy some working US content now

Changelog:
- Fixed traits of several US ministers
- Add Salvador Dali as minister of foreign affairs for Kingdom of Spain
- Likely fixed the issues with events related to dust bowl in the USA, feedback is appreciated
- Japanese started event was reworked in order to be more in line with the current mod's lore
- Fixed UI issue where the nuke counter would overlap with command power
- Deleted scorched earth decisions as these were proven inferior compared to vanilla game solution
- Templates overhaul for Afghanistan, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Africa, United States and Balkan Federation
- Austrian events should now work as intended, both in case of choosing one of the 2 political paths, as well as when it comes down to spawning the global event about Creditenstall Bank bankruptcy and removing the starting national spirit concernign Austrian economical dependency on Germany
- Bonapartists in France were finally acknowledged and now their integralist party makes more sense (however it makes Charles Maurras sad that he got kicked out of his own ideology :FrogWorrySad:)
- Small fix to Balkan Federation cores and claims out of their focus tree
- In generic focus tree it is now available for integralists to gain access to the economic decision set, same goes for communist branch of the generic tree... but it is blocked so I'm just letting you know in case you used some .nochecks wink wink
- Changed about all of requirements where the game demanded player to have full control of said state, now it demands fro player to own and control it instead... this is going to make game harder in some cases, but...
- New sets of decisions were added for following nations: Germany, Russia, Austria, Italy, Japan, US, Balkan Federation, Poland, Mexicos, France and Chinese trio concerning hostile takeover of occupied states they have claims on if the resistance is low enough and compliance high enough
- US military industry at the game start has been largely boosted by adding them about 20 new military factories!
- Tibet name has been updated due to lore reasons in preparation for future content pack
- For similar reasons the victory points have been updated in Tibet-Nepal area, with their points being increased in case of Lhasa and Kathmandu and one more victory point being added in Aranuchal Pradesh
- Speaking of Arabuchal Pradesh, it's name got changed to Outer Tibet as some border changes took place in the area, again, once more due to preparations for future content pack
- a tooltip was added in German focus concerning blitzkrieg in order to inform player that by choosing this path of the military focus tree, they may end up removing kaiser Wilhelm II by accident
- New victory points were added in France, Germany and Poland
- Dynamic states name were also reintroduced into our mod after Pdx purged it by changing how localisation of the game works, for now it includes Polish, German and French names for the beginning
- Chinese Republic was buffed by... giving them 10k more infantry weapons in one of their focuses, now their AI is actually able to overcome the Chinese Empire
- AI is doing slightly better with constructions, by actually building railways and supply hubs when needed
- AI is doing slightly better with updating their techs, this is case with NSB tanks and BBA airplanes, thus likely reducing spam of interwar equipment
- AI is doing less of a spam of troops, hopefully
- AI should no longer assign more divisions to a commander than it probably should have had
- fixed some icons of national spirits and focuses not showing up properly
- some minor fixes to OOB (mod should be less likely to crash)
- some error log fixes

Changelog:
- Added option to turn off partially or completely (with some exceptions) the global events
- Updated British welcome event to be more ok with current mod lore
- Reworked the part of the German tree about supporting their Scandinavian allies and building thing in Danish Caribbean
- Changed integralist head of government in France to a Napoleonist one
- Chinese Empire and Chinese Republic were slightly nerfed in terms of political power gain (or costs rather)
- Chinese Republic victory in the 2nd Chinese civil war should no longer give them Dutch East Indies
- Polish commander Marian Januszajtis-Żegota was buffed
- Chinese (Qing, Imperial and Republican) decisions concerning the legations cities should now work as intended and not lead to any bizarre adventures
- Small fix to Chinese claim and core for Tikhonkaya, which instead was resulting in Chinas claiming and coring Bratsk
- Small fix and buff to Chinese Republic focus for American support
- China CHI should be more aggressive now during the 2nd Chinese civil war
- United Kingdom AI was gently ~~forced~~ asked to stop declaring wars on everyone at once
- Puyi's trait should change now when going down the integralist path
- Peace conferences causing game crashes were largely fixed, at the cost of taking away the ability to puppet same nation twice (by making them a puppet and changing their ideology), also AI won't make puppets, as you may guess, this solution is heavily WiP and we hope to work more on peace conferences in the future if possible, all of this thanks to @Kokosz#6308 who identified the cause behind the crashes and eliminated it
- Tadeusz Rozwadowski was added for Poland for lore reasons, he is however removed after barely 2 months of gameplay due to plot reasons
- Polish commanders Wacław Iwaszkiewicz- Rudoszański and Juliusz Tarnawa- Malczewski were sent to their long overdue retirement
- Admiral's coordination and manuever skill levels were fixed, in case you didn't notice, all of them were set to 1 (due to some strange bug)

- Many fixes for Chinas, such as: fixed claims, fixed diplomatic event, fixed decisions, both generic and custom ones, also fixed company icons for Chinas, but we are not done yet, cause also the integralist head of government for integralists in Chinese Empire is fixed, as well as requirements for some of the focuses and global events
- there should be no more crashes for people without DLC (at least in theory)
- Panic 1931 spirit appears earlier in Germany
- Now Germans have actual tanks in the start game panzerdivision
- Austria has convoys at game start now
- Austrian national spirit now mentions their war with Russia, instead of... Austria
- Changed name of the AoI tech category to a more up to date one
- Removed pre-NSB and pre-BBA tanks and planes from nations
- Deleted some unnecessary files
