Fixed a bug where Sword of Volition would ignore if Light was reserved for future use and gain more power than it should. Also reduced its Cost to 0

Turns out Proselyte's Blade was not actually inflict -3 Power at all, so I fixed that. Also changed Faith's effect, reduced the cost of Sword of Volition to 1, and actually buffed Breaking Pressure this time.
