Major Update: 1.1

NEW FEATURE: All Bretonnian Legendary Lords now receive a unique bonus specific to this mod as part of their faction effects:
-- Louen Leoncoeur can directly recruit Knights of the Realm from the start of the game.
-- The Fay Enchantress can directly upgrade Questing Knights to Grail Guardians, skipping the Grail Knight stage if desired.
-- Alberic de Bordeleaux's knights retain ALL of their experience when upgrading from Knights Errant to Knights of the Realm.
-- Repanse de Lyonesse can raise Foot Squires to knightly status, able to upgrade those who have reached Rank 7 directly into Questing Knights.
NEW: Louen Leoncoeur's blue line skill "The Royal Insignia" has been updated to provide a rank retention bonus for Royal Pegasus Knights and Royal Hippogryph Knights, since the recruit time reduction bonus is useless with this mod enabled. (NB: The recruit time reduction is still there for the AI, but it is hidden for the player).
CHANGED: Upgrade discounts for recruitment buildings now only apply to the local region, not the entire province. This was done for balance but also more importantly because CA broke how this bonus applies with a province-level scope.
FIXED: Selecting multiple units for upgrade with a rank retention bonus (e.g., Fount of Honour skill) would only retain the rank of the last unit upgraded; now all units selected will properly receive the rank retention bonus.
CIRCUMVENTED: Building a Cathedral of the Lady (T5 worship building) will now allow for direct recruitment of Knights of the Realm anywhere with the proper recruitment building, not just in the province with the Cathedral. This gets around an issue that sometimes occurred when recruiting and then selecting a character in a different province within the same turn.
