FP arm gap fix.

Small adjustments, also uses the original eye mask that Valve made now, Xinus for some reason opted to not use it.

Improved eye alpha channels, also remade colorable eyes using them.

Made gloves consistent with True Combine Hands.

Made PM have colorable eyes, with alternate skin being original textures, also new glove textures because its not like its possible to match the fingers with the model hands and looks nicer, also added a normal map to the fp arms.

removed unused texture.
