- Austria-Hungary will now have the ability to change it's flag from three variants with an event appearing after either forming the country via decision or the Hungarian focus tree;
- new custom news event informing of Lithuania seizing Vilnius after either the Molotov-Ribentropp pact or a successful ultimatum to give back the region;
- The Confederate States of America (CSA) are now a releasable nation and contain cores on all of the initial states and also some claims based on historical accuracy;
- the town of Nuuk has been added to Greenland and now acts as the capital of a potential released Greenland.

- Lithuania's, Latvia's, Japan's and the Soviet Union's flags have been updated for a more historical appeal;
- the country names for fascist Lithuania, fascist Latvia and the Confederate States have been updated.

- fixed Poland not transferring multiple states in the joint Russian-Lithuanian ultimatum;
- fixed critical syntax errors.

- fixed Pridniestrovye/Transnistria not being transferred to Romania/Ukraine via German decisions.
