Fixed the audio issues, and changed the only voiceline (yet) to when hearing a crying witch due to technical reasons.

Might finally have discovered the fix for the audio distortion! I changed the sound from stereo to mono, as the original file is, and also matched the file rate (Hz) with the original file. If this works, I will also fix my other addons' sound issues with this method.

Fixed a potential issue with the file rate (Hz) not matching the original file which would otherwise distort the audio.
