Latest fix for some reason did not work with hidden effect. Should be working now.

Added id to the metadata to avoid problems with possible future changes to the mod

Added fix to the start of each expedition, which will fix all generals/admirals and clear expeditions variables, so that events can fire again. This way, if you want to fix your save just start any expedition.

Added missing Congo River fix.
