Fixing mod option application for a feature very few people ever used.

Updated to address a minor menu quirk I discovered after returning to PZ to play for a bit. Also improved the close-on-move option, but you will need Accessible Fields (by albion) for that improvement to do anything. Sorry for the double-update if it affected anyone.

Reintroducing proper fix for reflexively closing inventory & loot while an item's context menu is open.

Very strange quirk of the solution to the other quirk was reported. Need to analyze this one deeper.

It was brought to my attention that closing the inventory and loot while context menu of inventory items was open would not result in the expected behavior. I believe this has been fixed. Please let me know ASAP, preferably via Discord, of any unexpected consequences.

Added walking-based Reflexes, off by default but available via Mod Options.
