- If a Yugoslavia formed by either Serbia or Montenegro exists alongside the original unifier nation, then Yugoslavia's flag portraits will revert to the default portraits until the original unifier nation no longer exists.

- Added flag portraits to a Danubian State formed by Serbia or Montenegro (for compatibility with Names of Nations, which allows Yugoslavia to form it).

- Serbia will receive one more portrait, her Yugoslav unifier portrait, in the near future.

- Under hyper specific conditions, you can permanently get the Partisan flag as the republican Yugoslavia flag.

- Fixed an error with the default United Netherlands' communist flag, where East Indies would appear on the flag instead of the Netherlands.

- Slightly modified the monarchist and dictatorship flags for an East Indies-formed United Netherlands.

- Added a less revealing alt of Beiyang (Han China)'s outfit which you can switch to through the Flag Options (her outfit is too powerful).

- Added subject portraits for an Uruguay puppetted by Argentina, and an Argentina puppetted by Uruguay.

- Grão-Pará and Piratini will now be retained on the flag if they form Brazil (you would probably need a mod or an older version of Vic3 for that tho).

- Added the following portraits:

Free States of America (1 portrait; 6 alts)
New Africa (1 portrait; 6 alts)


- Added new flags to the FSA, New Africa, and the USA to go with the new portraits.

- Added new dynamic names to Australia, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

- Added a new button to the country panel to allow toggling between a fluttering flag and a stationary flag.


- Updated (errr... 'buffed') the following portraits for China: Republican China, Communist China, Fascist China.

- Added one alt portrait to Fascist China.

- Fascist/Dictatorship China will no longer burn the flag unless she is at war (or China is a fascist state).

- Made the flag like 3%~ bigger.
