- The chibis on either side of Belgium's portraits will dynamically change depending on whether you own the state regions of Wallonia, Flanders, or own neither of them.

- Added a new decision in the Flag Options to toggle on and off the appearance of the Belgian chibis.

- Touched up the portraits (again) of France's Republican v2 and Orléanist portraits (the cockade is now the correct order of colours). Slightly modified Touggourt's portraits.

- Reworked the triggers of this mod's Bonapartist and Legitimist flags. The AI should now receive them at the conclusion of the Divided Monarchists journal entry (the journal entry is bugged at the time of writing and an AI France will remove variables that France should've receive at the conclusion of the journal entry).

- Reused existing portraits for selected flags from Kikko's Formable and Releasable Nations (you will need that mod to see those flags).

- Touched-up/fixed the faces of France's Republican v2 and Orléanist portraits (no more funky faces)

- Removed this mod's dynamic name for Germany, as it was meant to be a temporary fix for a vanilla error that bloated the error log (it is fixed now in vanilla).

- Modified Bonapartist France's overlord flag.

- Added new decisions to the Flag Options. You can now modify the flag portraits of the North German and South German Federations once they appear.

- Mod has been updated to patch 1.3 and the Voice of the People DLC! France will now switch between monarchist flag portraits depending on which dynasty takes the French throne for owners of the DLC.

- This update has also added the following portraits

In preparation for the Voice of the People DLC I've made three new portraits for France. By default the current July Revolution inspired portrait will remain the default portrait for a constitutional monarchy France, but you can toggle through the various types of monarchist portraits through a new decision in the Flag Options.

Hopefully once the DLC is out I can allow owners of the DLC to organically switch between the various French monarchist portraits.

- Added new localisation texts to Victoria 3's non-English languages (I forgot other languages exists).
