- Added new flags to Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, and the HRE to go with the new portraits.

- Added a new decision in the Flag Options to force Greater Austria to use the Austro-Hungarian duo portrait if you do not have Hungarian as a primary culture.

- Updated Venice's and Lombardia's dynamic country names to include the new ones from update 1.10.

- Updated the mod to update 1.10 of Victoria 3.

- Added a decision in the Flag Options to toggle between the Habsburg flag and the Austro-Hungarian civil ensign once the dual monarchy is established.

- Hungary and Transylvania will now start with the Habsburg banners as their flags until they either elevate themselves to a personal union or break free from Austria.

- Added flags to a Transylvanian formed SGF and Germany.

- If you choose the third option in the 'Serbia and Montenegro' event as Montenegro, then a duo portrait of both Montenegro and Serbia will appear on the flag.

A bit of an unplanned update, but necessary for the files changes introduced in update 1.9.6!

- Added the following portrait:

Iquicha (1 portrait; 3 alts)


- This mod is now only using the `types country_panel_types` block in the country_panel gui file again instead of using the entire country_panel file.

- Added an decision in the Flag Options to switch between Iquicha and the default Tawantinsuyu portrait if Iquicha forms Tawantinsuyu (the character Tawantinsuyu will only be included in the next character update though).

- Added a decision in the Flag Options for Peru to allow you to use Iquicha's portraits.

- Fixed some localization errors.

- Changed Japan's anarchist flag. It no longer uses the Qing dragon.

- Added the following portrait:

South Peru (1 portrait; 3 alts)


- Added flag option decisions to Peru (toggling of the character on the flag) and Peru-Bolivia (toggling between a single portrait or the default dynamic group portrait).

- The group portrait on the Peru-Bolivia flag will dynamically change depending on how much of the three constituent states are still remaining in the confederation.
