Improved pumps flow by 25% all across the board (small pumps flow 100 to 125, big pumps flow 600 to 750).

Moved the bottom heavy hardpoint slightly up.

Split the 2 central access shafts at the bottom with a hatch, allowing crew members to pass through without flooding the upper half; added a lever at the top of the central access shafts that can open/close the hatch at the bottom, easing flood control; fixed a couple of overlapping walls in the ballasts.
