Edited character_skill_node_links_tables to fix an incorrect link between wh_mod_skill_node_set_hef_surthara_combat_1_1 and wh_mod_skill_node_set_hef_surthara_campaign_3_4, it should now be:
wh_mod_skill_node_set_hef_surthara_campaign_4 wh_mod_skill_node_set_hef_surthara_campaign_3_4
To allow "Renowned and Feared" to be unlocked correctly with the campaign tree.

Reduced melee attack and defence, and added 20% physical resistance.
Weapon damage 234 -> 220
Armour-piercing damage 126 -> 140

Removed extra test skill from Khatep (Volley of High Arrows was added a long time ago for animation testing).

Added knockback to front rolling melee animation and replaced front "no scope" shooting melee animation with a stabbing animation to improve performance in melee while on foot.
