Removed extra test skill from Khatep (Volley of High Arrows was added a long time ago for animation testing).

Added knockback to front rolling melee animation and replaced front "no scope" shooting melee animation with a stabbing animation to improve performance in melee while on foot.

Removed specific key to "Advisor to the King" ancillary from Surthara Bel-Kec to work with the ancillary change with patch 4.1. Thanks LordOmlette!

Added a helmet to Surthara Bel-Kec's model - she will sometimes wear it in battle.
