You can now dress prisoners without them needing to be in a bed. Enabled by default but can be disabled in mod options if you want. Thanks to ThatHitmann.

Corpse dressing has been reimplemented and it is no longer possible to dress mechanoids or ghouls (or anything else that can't wear apparel). Thanks to ThatHitmann!
