Rearranged module attributes to be more organized.

Added the option to wait for lines of dialog not shown to the player. (if some players only see half the convo they will stay in sync with players that see more)

Added the follow up display conditions to the main module as well. players can now follow half of a conversation even if the first line is not visible/audible to them.

Target for the message can now be set to synced units only.

Fixed issue with follow up lines being delivered by dead people thx to Brim’s comment
Added BG selection dropdown to advances and simple dialogs
Added 2 new message backgrounds “Paper” and “Scifi”
Added X and Y offset for the UI in the advanced
