-Added Grafting for Plantoids and Fungoids.
-Added Ecosystem Engineer that adds 1 district to a planet per 20 pops.
-Added Pumice Raft that adds 1 district to a planet per 10 pops with this trait but only on ocean planets.
-Added 4 new ethic based traits.
-Added Engram Recorder for Cyborgs which works in a similar way to Biochemical Engrams.
-Added Mind Transference for Cyborgs which allows for your dead leaders to be brought back.
-Reworked Spores to be more dynamic.
-Stealth Traits now affect criminals and crime reducing jobs.
