added a 5th (half-hidden) option in the "our country's history" selection

includes 4 branching choices in categories of:

- spin the wheel but bad options

- options for more manpower

- options for more resources

- options depending on your country's ideology


also added some extra military options if you click through the previously stated options :)

Small update:

added "Bread Basket Nation" idea to the "Surprise me" option pool. "Bread Basket Nation" gives monthly manpower buffs, as well as a small weekly manpower trickle.

added "Necromancer Hobbyists" idea to the "Surprise me" option pool. This idea gives you a 1200 weekly manpower trickle, and also a slight resistance to out of supply penalties. Getting this idea through the event gives you -10% stability, however.

"Oppressed by the elite", when removed, awards the player with political power and stability. "Oppressed by the elite" can be removed by entering a civil war.

"developed industry" now gives -5% consumer goods instead of -50% (I will admit, I was quite fond of this typo, which is why I refrained from removing it until now)

Minor fixes here and there. Game runs fine in 1.13 for me, though do keep in mind I don't actually have the new DLC atm.

added an option to prevent the ai from becoming a puppet through the event chain - ah, wait a sec, it isn't working lol

AI nations can no longer become puppets through the mod event chain if they border you. This has been done to make expansionist/aggressive playstyles less irritating to play.

Mountaineers option now give two 100% bonuses for mountaineer techs (can also be used for special forces research)

"Corrupt Elite" idea can now be removed by civil war.

"Secret Police" idea is removed if a country is democratic during a civil war.

fixed a minor coding error regarding one of the "Something Else" random results.
