Quick update for 2.3. Currently very slowly working my way through recalculating everything to use multiplayer costs to give better caps. This is slow because, frankly, it's really boring.

[Chaos] Added missing caps for Undivided Furies and the *other* Slaaneshi marauders (why are there two sets of these CA?). Credit to Flying Fox for the report.
[Kislev] Fixed and tweaked ice guard caps from the ice guard training building. Credit to AwwHEEEALNaw for the report (Mr Jackson, is that you?).

[Chaos] Re-added caps to WoC units that were removed in the last update. Added temporary large caps to WoC factions for (hopefully) all accessible units, essentially making them cap-free within the bounds of the Warband and Gifts mechanisms. If anything is obviously wrong let me know. This faction is first on the list for refinement once my hardware woes are sorted.
