* Reworked the alternates system. Now alternates will not generate separate opportunities, instead they will contribute to the same opportunity as the thing they are an alternate of. For example, reverse engineering an ancient defense turret is the same as reverse engineering a regular mini-turret.
* Research kits now give a bonus to hacking speed.

Fixes:
* Reworded some of the settings labels and tooltips. Hopefully they're easier to understand now.
* Added a new alternate mapping dev tool to make generating the xml for the above much less time consuming.
* Fixed floating text to correctly display amount of research points generated if the opportunity was finished by the addition of those points.
* Added a warning to the settings regarding the need to regenerate opportunites after changing the settings, and added an in-game button to do so.
* Changed JobDrivers to use the new TickInterval system to improve performance.
