Realized hidden camera was never added so the hidden camera is FINALLY here!

Moved the Blinder, Spawnkiller and Sound emitter buttons to a little board and made the blinder lockable. Updated the E2 so when you spawn this wire jail in a hint will pop up instead of a message in chat

Added a Ping latency screen that displays only your ping (Why? No reason, just thought i'd add some information when you spawn in this jail)
